Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for an exchange or your money back within two weeks of receiving the purchased item. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees on returned items. You must contact me before returning your item for further details.
This return policy does not apply to custom orders. Topsail Winds custom-made pieces may not be returned. I will make size adjustments if necessary, but please contact me if custom pieces need any modifications. Additional fees may apply. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your order-please let me know.
