Will the jewelry piece I recieve look the same as the piece shown on the website? The jewelry piece(s) that you order will be the piece shown in the picture. All pieces are one-of-a kind unless otherwise specified.
Mother's, Family, Single Initial and Grandmother's Bracelet will by just like the style you order-slight modifications will be made depending on your order (size, number of initials and Swarovski Crystals will cause variations in some pieces). No two are identical! Which makes them unique and one-of-a kind!

Does Topsail Winds Handcrafted Jewelry offer custom sizes? I offer custom sizes for our Mother's, Family, Single Initial and Grandmother's Bracelets because these are made to order. All other pieces are sold as is, unless special changes are necessary. Please contact me for more information. Additional charges may apply for re-sizing. I can't guarantee that I can re-size all bracelets, because they are one-of-a kind pieces, I may not have the exact materials to make the piece larger.

Does Topsail Winds Handcrafted Jewelry ship to addresses outside of the United States? Yes. Currently Topsail Winds ships to Canada and the UK.

What does Topsail Winds Handcrafted Jewelry charge for shipping and handling?
All domestic packages ship USPS Priority Mail Flate Rate for $7.00. Priority Mail is typically delivered to U.S. destinations in 2-3 business days, but this service is not guaranteed by the post office. If your package does not arrive within this 2-3 day window, your shipping fee is not refundable.
Topsail Winds currently ships internationally to Canada and the UK. All international packages ship USPS First Class International Mail.
